Bids are sent according to the filters and keywords that you have set up for each scanner. The scanners will exclude any random bids. To understand why the bid was sent to a job post, you will need to do the following:

  1. Check whether the keywords that are in the job post and in the scanner’s main search field match.

  2. Check if you have excluded the keywords in your scanner’s advanced search filter. Most often clients use different combinations of keywords in job posts and if you do not have them in the scanner’s Exclude all of these words field, then the bid will be sent for the job.

  3. Check all the filters that you have applied to the scanner. If you have not applied the right filters, the scanner will find the job post and will send a bid for it.
