The timing of the dashboard update depends on when the data synchronization takes place.
Data from the agency account on Upwork and the GigRadar platform is synchronized every two hours. As a result, there might be a slight delay in displaying the most recent data on the GigRadar platform.

If proposal view or reply statuses appear missing or are not updating as expected, this may be due to a temporary sync delay on our end — separate from the regular 2-hour cycle.
In such cases, the data will be updated as soon as the issue is resolved by our team. You do not need to take any action, but if the problem persists for more than 24 hours, please reach out to our support team with the affected proposal details so we can investigate.
