Does the GigRadar allow writing follow-ups?

You cannot write follow-ups on the proposals that were sent. Typically, follow-ups occur from the client’s side after they have reviewed your proposal. You can write a follow-up manually on Upwork only after receiving a response on your proposal from the client.
