No, unfortunately, we don’t refund GigRadar credits for proposals that were cancelled by Upwork due to jobs or clients being removed or suspended. Unfortunately, although the job was removed, our system had already utilized the necessary resources to generate and deliver the proposal. We have no control over how cancellations are handled.

We recommend that you use the Client Total Spent and the Payment verified filters to try to reduce the number of proposals sent to risky clients.
