This is an enhanced version of the New proposal replies feature, which helps to better track and sort messages from leads - not just all messages.
How does it work?
Once per 10 minutes, our system scans all chat rooms. If our system finds a completely new reply for today, we'll mark it as a new proposal reply. In other words, you'll receive notifications about all new replies for today.
But, if it finds some previous chats, where the last reply was from the lead/client, we'll mark it as not replied message from the lead. Simpler explanation - notifications will be sent for all chats, where a reply was made by your team member or lead/client
