When configuring a scanner to match a specific job criteria, GigRadar automatically displays the most common questions relevant to that scanner. This is displayed in the Auto Bidder tab, under Most frequent questions.
When a client posts a job on Upwork, they have the option to use either the standard questions provided by Upwork or to create a unique custom question.
We identify the most commonly asked questions for each scanner and include those that have been repeated more than 10 times. If there are fewer than 5 questions, we supplement the list with a standard set of questions found for the job category.
However, if the client has added a unique custom question that appears only once, it won't be visible in the scanner's list of Most frequent questions. Hence, you won't be able to provide an answer to these questions directly. Instead, an answer from the Default answer template will be automatically appended to this question.
❓ How does GigRadar maintain the list of “Most frequent questions”?
The update process is automated and happens during data synchronization.
