There is no setting to exclude specific clients from the scanner search results. However, you can add the specific keywords that the clients are using in their job posts and add those words into the "Exclude all of these words" filter to refine your search results.
We recommend that you follow these steps to refine your search results:
Look at the jobs posted by the specific clients that you are trying to exclude. Check each job and pick out the keywords frequently used by the clients in their job posts.
Use the scanner’s Advanced Search Options feature to exclude the specific keywords that you have determined from step 1. You will have to add these keywords in the Exclude all of these words field. For more information on how to use filters and excludes, see ⌛ Using Filtering and Excludes.
After you add the keywords in the Exclude all of these words field, check the Preview Results to determine if the scanner is still picking up the jobs from the clients that you are trying to exclude. Add more words to the exclude list, if needed.
