Check the following information in your scanner’s settings to resolve this error:

  • Verify that there are no syntax errors in the main search field or in the Advanced filter. For more information about filters, see ⌛ Using Filtering and Excludes. Errors are typically highlight in red, and you will see the following message if there are incorrect characters: "These characters are not allowed: ` « »»."


  • Verify that you have filled out the required fields in the Auto Bidder tab. You cannot save the scanner until you complete the required fields.

After you have checked the above information, if you still cannot save the scanner, use the support window on the GigRadar platform to send us a message or email us at [email protected].
