The Proposal Sending Stats section on the Team Dashboard, allows you to view the bids that were sent from freelancer profiles that are a part of the agency. Hence, you cannot add members manually to this section. The process is automated, so once bids are sent from a freelancer's profile, they will promptly appear in the Proposal Sending Stats section.
⚠️ Members still not showing after bids were sent?
In some cases, newly added team members may not appear automatically even after proposals have been sent. This can happen if the account sync has not yet picked up the new member data.
If a member's proposals are not appearing in the dashboard after 24 hours, please contact our support team and we will manually trigger a sync for your account.
